Our Story

Built by Racers, for Racers

Gorsuch Performance Solutions was founded in 2017 by Travis Gorsuch in South Dakota with a single mission: bring race-proven brake, cooling, driveline, and fuel system solutions to competitors and enthusiasts who refuse to settle for second-best.

Travis built the company from a career at the intersection of motorsports engineering and real-world racing. After studying at the SD School of Mines where he competed on the SAE Formula Racing Team, he went on to serve as Director of Advanced Materials at QA1, developing composite driveshafts that are now standard equipment across multiple racing series. He then brought that expertise to Brembo North America, Advanced Clutch Technology, and Dan Gurney Racing - gaining deep knowledge of the systems that define race-winning performance.

That experience, combined with years behind the wheel on dirt tracks in trucks, modifieds, and late models, means GPS products are designed by someone who knows what a failing brake pedal feels like at 100 mph - and exactly how to prevent it.

Our team brings decades of combined racing experience - both behind the wheel and on the engineering side.

Founder & CEO

Travis Gorsuch

Travis founded GPS in 2017 after a distinguished career spanning some of the biggest names in motorsports engineering. A graduate of the SD School of Mines where he raced on the Formula SAE team, he went on to serve as Director of Advanced Materials at QA1, developing the composite driveshafts now trusted across professional racing series. His tenure at Brembo North America gave him unmatched insight into race-grade brake engineering, while roles at Advanced Clutch Technology and Dan Gurney Racing rounded out his understanding of complete drivetrain performance. A lifelong dirt track racer in trucks, modifieds, and late models, Travis built GPS on one principle: every part should work as hard as the person running it.

Sales & Technical Specialist

Marshall Fegers

Racing runs three generations deep in Marshall's family, and his passion for the sport started early - behind the wheel of go-karts at age nine. He went on to spend 15 years competing in WISSOTA Late Models, accumulating the kind of real-world experience that only comes from time on the track. Before joining GPS, Marshall spent approximately 12 years at QA1 across technical support, sales, product management, and account management roles, developing the ability to translate complex performance engineering into practical customer solutions. His blend of competitive racing experience and professional product expertise makes him the ideal bridge between what customers need and what GPS delivers.

Brake Systems

From rotor selection to master cylinder sizing, we design and supply complete brake solutions for circle track, offroad, and high-performance street applications. Every component is selected for fade resistance and reliability under race conditions.

Driveline & Transmissions

Composite driveshafts, performance transmissions, and complete driveline systems engineered for maximum power transfer with minimal weight. Backed by Travis Gorsuch's direct experience developing composite driveline components at QA1.

Engine Cooling

Our Max Air fans and cooling system components keep engines in the safe operating window during the most demanding race conditions. Lightweight construction, purpose-built shroud fitment, and proven reliability across multiple championship-winning programs.

Custom Engineering

When off-the-shelf solutions fall short, GPS steps in with bespoke engineering support. We work directly with race teams and builders to design custom components and configurations that meet specific technical requirements and regulatory mandates.

Circle Track Racing

Purpose-built for dirt and asphalt oval racing. Our circle track portfolio covers everything competitors need to run up front and finish - from Brembo-quality calipers to high-airflow cooling fans used by WoO, Lucas Oil, and MLRA series champions.

Product Sourcing

With manufacturer relationships built over decades in the industry, GPS sources hard-to-find performance components directly. We work with Brembo, Wilwood, Tilton, StopTech, Pagid, and more to ensure you get the right part at the right price.
