30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your GPS purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.
Returns initiated after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. Please plan accordingly when ordering for upcoming events.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and uninstalled - components that show signs of installation, use, or modification will not be accepted.
- In original packaging - all original boxes, bags, hardware, and documentation must be included and in sellable condition.
- Undamaged - items damaged due to improper handling or installation are not eligible for return.
- Complete - all parts of a kit or set must be returned together. Partial kit returns are not accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at info@gogpsfast.com with the subject line "Return Request - Order #XXXXX" and include the following:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item in its current condition (optional but helpful)
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA number - unauthorized returns will be refused.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a GPS error or a defective product.
Exceptions - Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Custom and engineered-to-order parts - components built or modified specifically for your application are final sale.
- Electrical components - sensors, controllers, wiring harnesses, and similar electronic parts cannot be returned once removed from packaging.
- Brake fluid and lubricants - opened fluid containers are non-returnable.
- Clearance and final sale items - items marked as clearance or final sale at the time of purchase.
- Items showing installation or use - any component showing evidence of being mounted, installed, or operated.
Exchange Process
Need a different size, specification, or part? We are happy to help. Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements as standard returns. Simply indicate in your return request email that you would prefer an exchange and specify the replacement item.
If the replacement item is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@gogpsfast.com. We will arrange return shipping at no cost to you and expedite a replacement or refund.
