Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST on Friday, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
During peak racing season (March through October) and following major events, processing times may extend slightly. We will notify you promptly if there is any delay affecting your order.
Shipping Options and Rates
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The following domestic shipping options are available at checkout:

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all qualifying orders over $150 (before tax) shipping to the contiguous United States.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder and then contact us at info@gogpsfast.com.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country - these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery times for international shipments vary significantly by destination and customs processing times. GPS is not responsible for delays caused by customs agencies. For international shipping inquiries, email us before placing your order.
Hazardous Materials - Brake Fluid
Brake fluid is classified as a hazardous material and is subject to special shipping regulations. Orders containing brake fluid may not qualify for air shipping options and may require additional handling time. Certain destinations may be restricted. If your order includes brake fluid and you select an air shipping option, we will contact you prior to shipment to discuss alternatives.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours at info@gogpsfast.com. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and get a replacement to you as quickly as possible.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, first check with neighbors and your building's mail area, then contact the carrier directly. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us and we will assist you in investigating.
